1. (1) basic career services;
2. (2) individualized career services;
3. (3) training services; and

4. (4) follow-up services which, if requested, may be provided after receiving individualized or training services for:

   1. (a) a minimum of 12 months for a youth; or
   2. (b) for a maximum of 12 months following an adult's or dislocated worker's first date of unsubsidized employment.

The Department offers four levels of service for adults, youth, and dislocated workers:
