1. (1) Terms used in this rule are defined in Section 35A-8-504.5.

2. (2) In addition:

   1. (a) "Division" means the Housing and Community Development Division.
   2. (b) "Executive director" means the executive director of the Department of Workforce Services or the executive director's designee.
