1. (1) Terms used in this rule are defined in Sections 53-2d-101 and 53-2d-210 and Rule R911-1.

2. (2) In addition:

   1. (a) "EMS employee" means the same as "emergency medical service employee" who is working in a non-911 setting.
   2. (b) "Employer" means a company, corporation, partnership, or other entity that employs an EMS employee.
   3. (c) "Scope of practice" means activities or duties an individual may perform based on their level of licensure as provided in Section R911-5-200.
