1. (1) Violations of any permit that may result in the revocation, suspension, or confiscation of the permit include:

   1. (a) speeding or driving faster than the posted speed limit or the speed indicated on the permit;
   2. (b) lane travel;
   3. (c) weather;
   4. (d) load securement;
   5. (e) violations of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations; and
   6. (f) violations of the Hazardous Material Regulations.
2. (2) Before a vehicle can be moved, it must be legal, properly permitted, and the out-of-service violations corrected.

3. (3) Patterns of non-compliance at a motor carrier level may result in the following actions:

   1. (a) civil penalties;
   2. (b) suspension or revocation of permit privileges; or
   3. (c) an order to cease and desist operations.
