1. 1. The agency may issue right of entry permits for one year or less, except that the agency may issue right of entry permits for longer terms for recurring annual events and other limited impact, ongoing, and non-exclusive uses that do not require a lease.

2. 2. The agency may terminate a right of entry permit:

   1. (a) on notice to permittee if there is a violation of the permit or of the R850 rules;

   2. (b) on 60 days' notice to permittee if:

      1. (i) the agency determines in its sole discretion that there are higher and better uses for the permitted property;
      2. (ii) the agency intends to dispose of the permitted property; or
      3. (iii) any management problems arise as determined in the sole discretion of the agency.
