1. (1) academic holds, including transcript and registration holds for a student;
2. (2) payroll deduction from paychecks for tickets that remain unpaid after 30 days for a staff member; and
3. (3) collection through the judicial process or garnishment of state income tax returns.

A fee is charged for a ticket in accordance with the amount listed on the ticket. A vehicle with unpaid tickets may be impounded and towed at the owner's expense. The University may also apply other remedies including:
