1. (1) The amount of funding provided to the qualifying institution that includes the one-to-one funding match;
2. (2) The number of participating students in each program;
3. (3) The number of graduates of the program;
4. (4) The number of graduates of the program employed in jobs requiring skills related to the talent initiative; and
5. (5) Progress and achievements relevant to the implementation timeline submitted in the proposal.

Each qualifying institution that receives funding shall annually provide a written report to the Board regarding the activities, successes, and challenges related to administering the program including:
