1. (1) The education partner shall report to the talent program annually and on a regular basis as reasonably requested by the talent program.

2. (2) At a minimum, the education partner shall provide documentation of the following:

   1. (a) the number of participants in the program;
   2. (b) the number of participants who have completed each phase offered by the program;
   3. (c) the number of participants who have been hired by a business participating in the program; and
   4. (d) any additional data as required and outlined in the terms of the contract.
3. (3) Each education partner shall submit to any audit requested to verify reported data including a third-party audit at the request of the talent program.
