1. (1) An employee who works for a promise partner, or who is a dependent of an employee of a promise partner, shall be eligible to receive an award under this policy if the individual:

   1. (a) completes the application process approved by the Board;
   2. (b) is admitted to, and enrolled in or intends to enroll in an eligible program at an institution; and
   3. (c) meets other requirements established by the Office of the Commissioner of Higher Education.
2. (2) The student must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in Subsection R765-624-5(1) for the full-length of time the student receives the award.
