1. (1) An applicant shall submit an official scholarship application no later than February 1st of the year that the applicant graduates from high school. The Board may establish a priority deadline each year. An applicant who meets the priority deadline may be given first priority or consideration based on the date they completed their application. Additional criteria to prioritize awarding may be established by the Board.

   1. (a) The application deadline for the 2023-24 academic year shall be July 1, 2023.
2. (2) Scholarship staff shall verify TRANSFORM certificate recipients with USBE before funds are awarded.
