1. A. Safety -- Each telecommunications corporation shall:

   1. 1. require its employees to use suitable tools and equipment to perform their work in a safe manner;
   2. 2. instruct employees in safe work practices;
   3. 3. exercise reasonable care in minimizing the hazards to which its employees, customers and the general public may be subjected.
