1. (1)(a) A party may move the Commission to accept pre-hearing testimony into evidence without having it read under oath.

   1. (b) Any such motion shall be subject to objection and argument.
2. (2) Pre-hearing testimony that is entered into evidence shall be subject to cross-examination.
