1. (1) The board shall review any investigation presented by the bureau and may take disciplinary action against a licensee in accordance with Section 53-11-119 based on a violation of Section 53-11-119.
2. (2) The board shall conduct adjudicative proceedings in accordance with Section R722-310-14.
