1. (1) The bureau shall meet with the Division of Substance Use and Mental Health as needed to approve concepts and scripts for a firearm safety and suicide prevention video to ensure compliance with Section 53-5a-309.

2. (2) The firearm safety and suicide prevention video will be made available to an applicant seeking renewal of their concealed firearm permit:

   1. (a) online, in connection with an electronic or mail in renewal; or
   2. (b) at the bureau's office location for an applicant who appears in person to renew.
