1. (1)(a) Information, except for the name of certified instructors and their public contact information, provided to the bureau by an applicant shall be considered "private" in accordance with Subsection 63G-2-302(2)(d).

   1. (b) The name of certified instructors and their public contact information shall be considered public information.
2. (2) Information gathered by the bureau and placed in an applicant's file shall be considered "protected" in accordance with Subsection 63G-2-305(9).
3. (3) When a permit has been issued to an applicant, the names, address, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and Social Security numbers of the applicant are protected records pursuant to Section 53-5a-310.
