1. (1) Terms used in this rule are found in Section 53-14-201.

2. (2) In addition:

   1. (a) "commissioner" means the commissioner of the Department of Public Safety;
   2. (b) "committee" means the Early Intervention System Grant Program Committee established under this rule;
   3. (c) "department" means the Department of Public Safety; and
   4. (d) "law enforcement agency" means the same as defined in Section 53-1-102.
