1. (1) total amount of funding available for disbursement;
2. (2) order in which applications are received;
3. (3) total amount of funding requested; and
4. (4) intended use of the funding requested.

In addition to the criteria established under Subsection 17-22-34(3)(b) the department may consider other relevant information to determine eligibility for grant funding such as the:
