1. (1) Terms used in this rule are found in Section 53-1-102.

2. (2) In addition:

   1. (a) "committee" means the Technology and Equipment for Officer-Involved Critical Incident Investigation Committee established under this rule; and
   2. (b) "equipment" means technology and equipment to assist in the investigation of officer-involved critical incidents involving a firearm that meets the criteria specified in Section 53-1-121.
