1. (1) Each education entity shall maintain hours of service records for school bus drivers for a period of one year.

2. (2) The records shall be maintained in a manner that is readily available for review and inspection, and shall include:

   1. (i) the time the driver reports to work each day;

      1. (ii) the time the driver is released from work each day;
      2. (iii) the total number of hours the driver is on-duty each day; and
      3. (iv) any time for which the driver is compensated by any employer other than the education entity.
