1. (1) When inspecting the swing arm bushing of a vehicle, the inspector shall:

   1. (a) check the swing arm bushing and suspension, which must be adjusted according to the manufacturer's tolerances; and

      1. (i) issue a rejection inspection certificate when the swing arm bushing is worn beyond the manufacturer's recommended specifications.
