1. (1) Payment of Fees.

   The required fee shall accompany the application for license or certificate of registration. License or certificate of registration fees will be refunded if the application is denied.

2. (2) Late Renewal Fees.

   1. (a) Any license or certificate of registration not renewed before the license or certificate of registration expiration date will be subject to an additional fee equal to 10% of the fee.
   2. (b) When a certificate of registration has expired for more than one year, an application shall be made for an original certificate as if the application was being made for the first time. Examinations will be re-taken with initial examination fees.
