1. (1) The court shall include in the notification to the division under Section 41-6a-509 the beginning and end date of the interdicted designation.

2. (2)(a) The division shall add, remove, or modify an interdicted person identifier upon notification from the court through the electronic reporting system used to send conviction information from the court to the division.

   1. (b) The division may accept a paper document to add, remove, or modify an interdicted person identifier if the document can be verified through the online court case system, Court Exchange, or by contacting the court directly.
