1. (1) The individual must schedule an appointment to apply for:

   1. (a) an original limited-term or class D license; or
   2. (b) a first renewal of a limited-term or class D license using the online scheduler.
2. (2) If the individual chooses to take the knowledge test with the assistance of a qualified translator, the individual must arrange and pay for a qualified translator to accompany them for the test.
3. (3) The division shall post a link to the list of qualified translators on the Driver License Division's website.
