1. (1) The division may release the class D and commercial driver license MVR in accordance with:

   1. (a) the Driver's Privacy Protection Act of 1994;
   2. (b) Sections 53-3-109 and 53-3-420; and
   3. (c) Title 63G, Chapter 2, Government Records Access and Management Act.
2. (2) The division shall search the driver license database, and compile and furnish an MVR on any person found.
