1. (1) In accordance with Section 63G-4-302 a driver may file a request for reconsideration of the order within 20 days after receiving it.
2. (2) If the division does not issue an amended order within 20 days after receiving the request for reconsideration the request for reconsideration shall be considered denied.
3. (3) The driver may seek judicial review in accordance with Section 63G-4-402.
