1. (1) In compliance with Section 63G-4-202, the division has designated any division proceeding as informal.
2. (2) A division supervisor may convert any informal proceeding to a formal proceeding if the conversion will promote efficiency, public safety, and not unreasonably increase cost.
3. (3) An individual may represent themselves or be represented by a Utah state licensed attorney in the adjudicative proceeding.
4. (4) The division shall conduct administrative proceedings under Subsection (1) as specified in Rules R708-14 and R708-35.
