1. "Course" means a motor vehicle accident prevention course.
2. "Department" means the Department of Public Safety.
3. "Instructor" means an individual who has been approved by the course sponsor for the purpose of conducting an approved motor vehicle accident prevention course.
4. "Sponsor" means an organization or agency that conducts a motor vehicle accident prevention course.
