1. (1) Each school shall obtain a surety bond with a minimum requirement of $5,000 coverage, except as provided under Subsection R708-2-5(3).
2. (2) Cancellation of the surety bond is grounds for revocation, probation, or refusal to issue or renew the school license.
3. (3) A school licensed as a testing only school is not required to obtain a surety bond unless it has been authorized by the division to conduct behind-the-wheel training.
