1. (1) Permittees shall follow the building requirements in the PMO.

2. (2) Permitted facilities shall have separate rooms that meet or exceed the construction standards in the PMO for a milkhouse for:

   1. (a) the packaging and sealing of raw milk and raw milk products;
   2. (b) the washing of returned multi-use containers; and
   3. (c) the sale of raw milk in a properly protected area not located in any of the milk handling rooms.
3. (3) Animals are restricted from the milkhouse

4. (4) Animals that are not used for the production of milk shall be restricted from the following:

   1. (a) milk barn;
   2. (b) areas immediately surrounding the milkhouse and milk barns;
   3. (c) areas where cow or goat normal traffic; and
   4. (d) areas where milk customers are located.
