1. (1) Raw milk distribution to the public for human consumption is limited to the following circumstances:

   1. (a) raw milk sold by a permittee on their farm ; and
   2. (b) raw milk products sold by a permittee at a self-owned off-premise retail store.
2. (2) The giving away of raw milk or raw milk product samples to the public is prohibited.
