- (1) Each farm that produces and sells milk for manufacturing purposes shall apply for a permit.
- (2) Permits shall be required for the sale of milk for manufacturing purposes.
- (3) Only one permit shall be issued per facility.
- (4) Farm permits shall be effective from the date of issuance unless suspended or revoked by the department.
