- (1) Availability. Records required to be kept by plants shall be available for examination by the department at any reasonable times.
- (2) Farm Certification Report Forms. A copy of completed Farm Certification Report Forms shall be kept on file at the plant for at least 24-months.
- (3) Milk Quality Test Records. Accurate records listing the results of quality tests on each producer's milk shall be kept on file at the plant for at least 12 months.
- (4) Water Supply Test Records. The results of each plant water supply test shall be kept on file at the plant for at least 12-months.
- (5) Laboratory Control Test Records. Records of each laboratory control test shall be kept on file at the plant for at least 12-months.
- (6) Pasteurization Recorder Charts. Recorder charts showing the pasteurization record for each day shall be appropriately marked with the name of the product, date, and signature of the operator. The charts shall be kept on file at the plant for at least three months.
