1. (1) The terms used in this rule are defined in Section 53-1-102.

2. (2) In addition:

   1. (a) "awarded funds" means the funds appropriated by the department from the account;
   2. (b) "restricted funds" means the funds appropriated to the department from the account;
   3. (c) "the account" means the Utah Law Enforcement Memorial Support Restricted Account; and
