1. (1) The department shall charge fees for inspection and grading services as determined pursuant to Subsection 4-2-103(g). A current list of approved fees may be obtained, upon request from the department:

   2. (b) Hours. Regular working hours are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
   3. (c) Days Not Worked: Saturdays, Sundays, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Holidays are considered overtime hours.
