1. (1) Directions for use and precautionary statements on the labeling of commercial feeds and customer-formula feeds containing additives, including drugs, special purpose additives, or non-nutritive additives, shall be adequate to enable safe and effective use for the intended purposes by users with no special knowledge of the purpose and use articles.
2. (2) Feeds containing non-protein nitrogen as specified in Section R68-2-9 require adequate directions for use and precautionary statements.
3. (3) Adequate directions for use and precautionary statements necessary for safe and effective use are required on commercial feeds distributed to supply particular dietary needs or for supplementing or fortifying the usual diet or ration with any vitamin, mineral, or other dietary nutrient or compound.

4. (4)(a) Raw milk distributed as commercial feed shall bear the following statement: "WARNING: NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION - THIS PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN PASTEURIZED AND MAY CONTAIN HARMFUL BACTERIA."

   1. (b) The statement in Subsection R68-2-8(4)(a) must be clearly visible and use a font no smaller than the minimum size required for the quantity statement as outlined in Section R70-910-3, and as shown in Table 11.
