- (1) A media request to use photographic, recording or other equipment at an in-person hearing must be made in writing to the Board administrator or designee at least three business days before a hearing.
- (2) Media representatives shall comply with any equipment screening criteria imposed by the Department.
- (3) If equipment is approved for use at a hearing, its location and mode of operation shall be approved in advance by the Board's designee. Any approved equipment will remain in a stationary position during the entire hearing and will be operated as unobtrusively as possible.
