1. (1) Title 4, Chapter 41a, Cannabis Production Establishments and Pharmacies and Subsection 4-2-103(1)(i) authorize this rule.
2. (2) This rule establishes operating and licensing standards and requirements to be followed by medical cannabis pharmacies and their employees.
