1. (1) A third-party laboratory shall test cannabinoid products for the following before distribution:

   1. (a) cannabinoid profile;
   2. (b) solvents;
   3. (c) pesticides;
   4. (d) microbials;
   5. (e) heavy metals; and
   6. (f) foreign matter.
2. (2) The department shall conduct random testing of cannabinoid products and materials.
3. (3) The sample taken by the department shall be the official sample.
