1. (1) This rule sets forth the procedures and requirements for completing and filing applications to receive the following hunting permits and certificates of registrations:

   1. (a) Dedicated Hunter certificate of registrations;
   2. (b) limited-entry deer;
   3. (c) limited-entry elk;
   4. (d) limited-entry pronghorn;
   5. (e) once-in-a-lifetime;
   6. (f) public cooperative wildlife management unit;
   7. (g) general season deer, and youth elk;

   8. (h) limited-entry bear;

      1. (i) bear pursuit;
   9. (j) antlerless big game;

   10. (k) Sandhill crane;

       1. (l) sharp-tail and greater sage-grouse;
   11. (m) tundra swan;
   12. (n) sportsman;
   13. (o) turkey; and
   14. (p) landowner buck deer.
