1. (1) A wildlife expo permit allows the recipient to:

   1. (a) take only the species and sex printed on the permit;
   2. (b) take the species only in the area and during the season specified on the permit; and
   3. (c) take the species only with the weapon type specified on the permit.
2. (2) The recipient of a wildlife expo permit is subject to Title 23A, the Wildlife Resources Act, and the rules and guidebooks of the Wildlife Board for taking and pursuing wildlife.
