1. (1) Terms used in this rule are defined in Section 23A-1-101.

2. (2) In addition:

   1. (a) "Anchor location" means the physical location from which:

      1. (i) an electronic meeting originates; or
      2. (ii) the participants are connected.
   2. (b) "Electronic meeting" means a public meeting convened or conducted by means of a conference using electronic communications.
