1. (1) After the presiding officer has reached a final decision upon the adjudicative proceeding, the presiding officer shall issue a signed order in writing:

   1. (a) in accordance with Section 63G-4-203(1)(c) for orders issued at the conclusion of an informal hearing; and
   2. (b) in accordance with Section 63G-4-208 for orders issued at the conclusion of a formal hearing.
