1. (1) Terms used in this rule are defined in Section 23A-1-101.

2. (2) In addition:

   1. (a) "Immediate family" means the landowner's or lessee's spouse, children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, father, mother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, stepchildren, and grandchildren.

   2. (b) "Nongame mammal" means:

      1. (i) any species of bats;
      2. (ii) any species of mice, rats, or voles of the families Heteromyidae, Cricetidae, or Zapodidae;
      3. (iii) opossum of the family Didelphidae;
      4. (iv) pikas of the family Ochotonidae;
      5. (v) porcupine of the family Erethizontidae;
      6. (vi) shrews of the family Soricidae; and
      7. (vii) squirrels, prairie dogs, and marmots of the family Sciuridae.
