1. (1)(a) A person who has obtained the appropriate license and permit may transport green pelts of furbearers. Additional restrictions apply for taking bobcat and marten as provided in Section R657-11-6.

   1. (b) A registered Utah fur dealer or that person's agent may transport or ship green pelts of furbearers within Utah.
2. (2) A furbearer license is not required to transport red fox or striped skunk.
