1. 1. Terms used in this rule are defined in Section 63-46b-2.

   1. a. "Division" means the Utah Division of Water Resources.
   2. b. "Board" means the Utah Board of Water Resources.
   3. c. "Director" means the Director of the Division of Water Resources.
   4. d. "Staff" means the staff of the Division of Water Resources.
