1. (1) As provided in Subsection 63A-5b-1108(3)(a), a state agency shall reduce its outdoor water use compared to the state agency's outdoor water use for fiscal year 2020:

   1. (a) 5% or more by June 30, 2023; and
   2. (b) 25% or more by June 30, 2026.
2. (2) The unit of measurement for outdoor water use under Subsection 63A-5b-1108(3) is gallons of use per fiscal year.
