1. 1. All lands for which a mineral lease nomination has been accepted by the Division shall be available for simultaneous filing.
2. 2. Notice of simultaneous filing shall be provided to the nominator and the public before the simultaneous filing opens.

The term "simultaneous filing" shall be defined as the process in which entities bid for the opportunity to enter a mineral lease on lands that have been nominated with the Division.
