1. (1)(a) Providers wishing to offer OHV safety and education courses shall submit a copy of the provider's proposed course curricula to the division for the division's evaluation.

   1. (b) The division shall:

      1. (i) evaluate the proposed course curricula against the standard set out in Section R650-412-3; and
      2. (ii) approve a course with curricula that meet the standard.
