1. 120. Abandoned Mine Reclamation Fund.
2. 121. A Fund known as the Abandoned Mine Reclamation Fund is established under the authority of Section 40-10-25.1 for the purpose of providing moneys to administer the Abandoned Mine Reclamation Program. This Fund will be managed in accordance with the Federal Office of Management and Budget Circular No. A-102 and applicable state guidelines.

The rules under R643-872 set forth general responsibilities for administration of Abandoned Mine Land Reclamation Programs and procedures for the Abandoned Mine Reclamation Fund to finance such programs.
