In addition to the terms below, the terms defined in Section 4-18-103 shall apply to this rule.

1. (1) "AgVIP" means the Agriculture Voluntary Incentives Program, which is a grant program of the Utah Conservation Commission.
2. (2) "Eligible entity" means a public, governmental, or private entity as defined in Section 4-18-302.
3. (3) " Soil Health Advisory Committee" or "Committee" means the committee created in Section 4-18-306.
